A: T/T;Cash;LC.For standard products:30% deposit before delivery,70% bal-ance before delivery.Customized Products:Depands on the design.
6.Q: What kind of technical drawings could you provide?
A: We could provide three-view drawing, 3D picture, blueprint, founda-tion,plumbing,electrical,communication, fire alarm,installation, furniture and so on.
7.Q: What is the lifespan and warranty period?
A: The lifespan for Prefab house is 10 to 15years, Container house is 15-20years,Steel structure is 30-50years and Villa is50-90years. The warranty period for all the house is 12months from the delivery.
8.Q: What designs do you have in different climates (How can the products adopt to different climates)?
A: Strong wind region: improve the wind-resisting ability of the internal structure. Cold region: increase the thickness of the wall, or use good insulation material, improve anti-pressure ability of the structure. High corrosion region: use corrosion resistant material, or paint anticorrosive coating.
